Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me
Yesterday it was a shame on me incident. I got lured into an offer too good to be true and an offer I could not refuse. It was a nice day and while working in the garden I was caught of guard. I nice man approached me, he told me he was from Switzerland and was coming from and exclusive exhibition in Brussels on his way back to Switzerland. And he offer me supposedly exhibition merchandise which he need to get ride off. I only had to pay the VAT and no more… The Merchandise looked nice, the price attractive. I got foolish.
Shame on me: I learned my lesson for life.
